You need a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a credit/debit card in the renter’s name. International renters may need additional documentation, such as a passport and an international driver’s permit.
Additional drivers can usually be added to the rental agreement for an extra fee. They must meet the age and documentation requirements.
The rental process involves reserving a vehicle, providing necessary documents, inspecting the car, signing an agreement, and paying the rental and deposit fees.
Rental rates are typically based on factors like the type of vehicle, rental duration, mileage, and optional services (e.g., insurance, baby seat).
Late returns can result in additional charges. It’s essential to be aware of the company’s policies regarding late returns.
•Your rental rate includes 250 free miles per day, depending on the specific terms of your rental agreement. These free miles are provided at no additional cost.
•Additional Mileage: If you exceed the included mileage, you will be charged an additional fee for each extra mile driven. The specific per-mile rate will be outlined in your rental agreement.
You can usually reserve a car for a specific date and time. Make sure to specify your pick-up and drop-off times when making a reservation.

It is the renter’s responsibility to refill the fuel tank to its original level before returning the vehicle. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges. Please see our Fuel policy for more information.

• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping, is not allowed in our rental vehicles. This policy applies to all passengers, including the driver.
• Violating this policy can result in cleaning fees. Please see our NO-SMOKING Policy.
